🍽️ Energize: A big day calls for a big meal! Have a hearty dinner tonight and look forward to some snacks we’ll provide en route. Plus, you can grab hot breakfast sandwiches and any last-minute items at Flagg Ranch.
🧣 Dress for Success: Wyoming’s weather loves surprises! Layer up with a coat, hat, gloves, and appropriate shoes. Remember, it’s all about comfort and adaptability in the snowy outdoors.
📸 Capture Memories: Don’t forget your camera to snap those picturesque moments. And, a little extra cash for guide gratuity is always appreciated.
🚐 Shuttle & Timing: We’ll text you 24 hours before departure with a “Track My Shuttle” link. This cool feature lets you see your shuttle’s location in real-time. Remember, pick-up times can vary by up to 60 minutes, so be ready at your assigned time.
📝 Waiver Reminder: To ensure a smooth start to your adventure, please complete your waiver form if you haven’t already. Refer to our previous email for the waiver link and get that sorted out before pickup!
👶 Safety for Little Ones: Adhering to Wyoming car seat laws, kids under 9 need a federally approved child safety seat. Ensure your little adventurers are all set for a safe journey.
👉 Quick Reminders:
– Park Fees: Not included in the rate. Consider the Interagency Annual Park Pass for $80 for 4 people in the snowcoach. Otherwise, it’s $20 per person at each park entrance.
– Stay Flexible: Weather can be unpredictable. We’ll keep you updated on any changes to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
